1. Navigate to the Note Studio

Step 1: Go to the Note Studio tab, where you can start customizing your experience with DocuCare. This is where the magic happens!

2. Adding a New Note Template

Step 2: Click on Add Note + to start creating a new note template.

Once you’ve filled out your preferences and made necessary changes, click Save to store the new template.

3. Customizing Your Template

DocuCare’s AI learns from the examples you provide. Here’s how to set it up for the best performance:

• Pick diverse examples of past visits.

• Include relevant sections like Social History to guide the AI.

• Remove any unusual text artifacts or indentations.

• Add special instructions to tailor the AI for your specific needs.

4. Editing ROS/PE Templates

To edit the ROS/PE template:

• Click on the ROS/PE section.

• Click the pencil icon to either edit or create a new ROS/PE template.

• Paste in your Normal/Negative Template for DocuCare to automatically update based on the abnormal callouts it listens for.

5. Selecting a Note Type

When starting a visit, you can select your note template by choosing the Note Type from the dropdown menu. This ensures that the note template is ready before the visit starts.

You’re All Set!

Remember, the AI in DocuCare improves as you use the system and make edits. Think of it as your new assistant—it learns from your inputs and becomes better over time.
